On the Hob: Allow 60g (2oz) of rice per person.
1. Place 60g (2oz) rice per person into a large saucepan of boiling water.
2. Add salt if desired. Bring to the boil, cover, then simmer for 10-12 minutes.
3. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
